Office of the President – Europe. Helped the newly elected President to reorganise the centre of government in order to support the government deliver the President’s agenda. The new office helped the President to focus on his priorities, keep his ministries aligned, monitor progress of electoral promises and facilitate coordination with Congress.
Prime Minister’s Office – Middle East North Africa region. Designed and implemented a new Prime Minister’s Office from scratch for one of the GCC states. Created a Policy Unit, Strategy Unit, Delivery Unit and Communication Office. Adjusted international experience to the local context and traditions
Prime Minister’s Office – Central Asia. Trained and coached team at the Policy Unit in analysis, decision making tools and communication skills. Worked as an integral part of the PMO, prepared and participated in Cabinet meetings and led the follow-up and implementation monitoring.
Presidential Office – Latin America. Built a new Presidential Office to help the country leadership drive the post-conflict reconstruction efforts while at the same time making sure that ongoing government tasks were running smoothly. Special focus on streamlining communications at the centre of government.
